Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing events, trade shows, webinars, or SaaS industry events preferred.
- Familiarity with webinar and event management platforms such as Cvent or similar solutions.
- Experience using HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
- Comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Slack.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and vendors.
- Ability to analyze event performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for trade shows and company events.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of company events, including trade shows, webinars, and annual customer conferences.
- Act as the primary operational contact for external event partners and coordinate all event-related activities.
- Manage event logistics, including booth coordination, shipping, staffing, materials, lead capture, speaker preparation, and webinar execution.
- Maintain detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate promotional assets and event materials with internal teams, external vendors, and creative partners.
- Partner with marketing leadership to align events with broader campaign strategies and demand generation initiatives.
- Support pre-event promotion through email, social channels, and other marketing channels.
- Manage post-event lead workflows and collaborate with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and leads generated.
- Partner with business development and sales teams to align target accounts, outreach strategies, and lead handoff processes.
