Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with increasing leadership responsibility across field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or related functions.
- 5+ years of experience managing, scaling, and developing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
- Proven experience creating and executing joint marketing programs with technology platforms, SaaS partners, cloud ecosystems, or AI-focused organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, buying committees, pipeline management, and revenue attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales executives, channel leaders, and external strategic partners.
- Experience building scalable marketing operations, including campaign frameworks, segmentation strategies, customer programs, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, customer insights, and business metrics to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with modern marketing and sales technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, partner relationship platforms, and ABM solutions.
- Understanding of AI, cloud technologies, productivity platforms, or developer-focused ecosystems is highly valuable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a remote, distributed environment with strong ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own global field and partner marketing strategy, including pipeline generation, account coverage, demand creation, and partner-driven growth initiatives.
- Lead integrated demand generation programs designed to accelerate prospects through the mid- and bottom-funnel stages of the sales journey.
- Develop account-based marketing strategies, including target account selection, segmentation, multi-channel campaigns, and personalized engagement plans.
- Build and scale partner marketing programs with strategic technology ecosystems, creating joint campaigns, value propositions, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Product, and Business Development teams to align territory strategies, customer priorities, and revenue goals.
- Oversee customer marketing and content strategies that support adoption, engagement, advocacy, and long-term customer value.
- Manage executive engagement initiatives, including customer advisory programs, industry events, and strategic marketing activations.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a globally distributed marketing organization across field marketing, partner marketing, campaigns, and demand generation functions.
