Job Details

Proven experience as an AV Technician, Helpdesk Support Specialist, or in a similar technical support role.
High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and user access issues.
Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including site configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately once per month.

Set up, test, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment during live events and conferences.
Provide onsite technical assistance and ensure smooth AV execution throughout events.
Deliver professional customer service and technical guidance to clients, speakers, and internal teams.
Provide remote helpdesk support, assisting users with technical issues, software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
Support onboarding processes by providing technical orientations and guidance to new users.
Manage user support activities related to digital platforms, including Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
Stay updated on helpdesk practices, internal tools, and evolving technology solutions.
Travel approximately once per month to support onsite events.
