- Ability to troubleshoot IP subnetting.
- Knowledge of IP routing.
- Experience with IPSEC tunnels.
- Familiarity with IPVPN technology.
- Understanding of VRRP and HSRP protocols.
- May require technical certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer and company network systems installation and maintenance activities.
- Resolve complex network problems involving power, network hardware and software, lines, modems, and terminals.
- Use software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose network status and problems.
- Conduct complex network monitoring equipment installation and maintenance.
- Resolve complex and routine network trouble tickets.
- Monitor network operations and performance.
