Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Must complete and clear a Non–Sensitive Tier II - Moderate background check (administered by HHS).
  • Must possess optimal internet speeds for operating systems and platforms.
  • Must utilize a quiet and secure office space for privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA standards.
  • Commitment to the Postpartum Support International mission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting for applications delivering National Maternal Mental Health Hotline services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and implement prompt resolutions.
  • Act as project coordinator for technology enhancements and upgrades.
  • Provide continuous training and guidance to Hotline personnel.
  • Manage technical systems including webinars, learning management platforms, provider directories, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Deliver hardware and software assistance to counselors via remote and telephonic support.
