Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients, account management, customer success, or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Client Services, or a related field.
- Experience supporting brands importing from China.
- Proven experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Support brand growth by identifying opportunities to increase GMV and developing competitive fulfillment solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day account health including monitoring on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with brand partners and lead regular communications.
- Prepare and present business performance reporting and lead weekly business reviews.
