Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients, account management, customer success, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Client Services, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting brands importing from China.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support brand growth by identifying opportunities to increase GMV and developing competitive fulfillment solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams and brand stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day account health including monitoring on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with brand partners and lead regular communications.
  • Prepare and present business performance reporting and lead weekly business reviews.
