Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in an Application Security or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to find vulnerabilities in complex systems and craft exploits to demonstrate business impact.
- Strong background in penetration testing.
- Experience with secure development activities such as threat modeling and incident response.
- Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages for automation and tool development.
- Experience with AI and agentic workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and articulate security vulnerabilities and their business impact to drive prioritization.
- Conduct penetration testing and design reviews to identify insecure architectures and features.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate secure design principles into product features.
- Build and maintain internal tools to automate security testing, including SAST and DAST for the platform.
- Support secure development practices and contribute to security leadership through mentorship and technical learning sessions.
