Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related industry experience, including technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Micro Services, and REST API design.
- Experience designing and building data integration pipelines and service-to-service integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., ECS/Fargate, SQS, S3, Lambda) and Docker.
- Familiarity with agentic AI models like Claude or GPT.
- Solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and understanding of S.O.L.I.D. principles.
- Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing.
- Proficiency with HTML/JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, jQuery, Knockout.js).
- Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD workflows.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile environment and lead technical activities including estimation, sprint planning, and full software development lifecycle work.
- Own the design and delivery of complex features across the DMS platform and API.
- Drive architectural decisions for data integration pipelines and API services.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs and performance issues, including SQL Server query tuning.
- Work with agentic AI to deliver results and establish patterns for AI-assisted development.
- Define and uphold development standards and execute automated tests.
- Lead peer reviews and mentor other developers on design and programming approaches.
