  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Proven experience with E-Verify, I-9 administration, and eligibility compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with termination processing and offboarding documentation.
  • Primary internet (15 Mbps) and backup internet (10 Mbps) with power backup capability.
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5/i3 (Gen 8/10+) or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM.
  • Functional webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and smartphone.
  • Dedicated, quiet home office space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for office staff from sourcing to offer.
  • Execute new hire onboarding, orientation, and access provisioning.
  • Administer fingerprint clock-in systems and resolve enrollment issues.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with E-Verify and I-9 documentation.
  • Track probationary periods and coordinate performance review milestones.
  • Initiate offboarding, collect company property, and update HRIS records.
  • Maintain organized personnel files and conduct regular compliance audits.
  • Update orientation materials and manage employee birthday tracking.
