- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
- Proven experience with E-Verify, I-9 administration, and eligibility compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with termination processing and offboarding documentation.
- Primary internet (15 Mbps) and backup internet (10 Mbps) with power backup capability.
- Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5/i3 (Gen 8/10+) or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM.
- Functional webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and smartphone.
- Dedicated, quiet home office space.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for office staff from sourcing to offer.
- Execute new hire onboarding, orientation, and access provisioning.
- Administer fingerprint clock-in systems and resolve enrollment issues.
- Ensure 100% compliance with E-Verify and I-9 documentation.
- Track probationary periods and coordinate performance review milestones.
- Initiate offboarding, collect company property, and update HRIS records.
- Maintain organized personnel files and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Update orientation materials and manage employee birthday tracking.
