Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator role.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Zoho or similar preferred).
  • Proven experience with E-Verify, I-9 administration, and employment eligibility compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain internet and hardware requirements, including primary and backup internet connections.
  • Possession of required home office peripherals, including a webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and smartphone.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit office staff, managing the full-cycle hiring process from job postings to offer.
  • Execute comprehensive onboarding, ensuring all credentials and pre-employment requirements are completed by Day 1.
  • Manage HRIS records, maintaining data accuracy for all employee lifecycle milestones.
  • Administer E-Verify and credentialing, ensuring 100% compliance with federal and organizational standards.
  • Administer fingerprint clock-in systems, including enrollment and timely deactivation for separated staff.
  • Track probationary periods and coordinate performance review timelines with management.
  • Process terminations and offboarding documentation, including exit coordination and system access revocation.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready personnel files and orientation materials.
