Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director.
- Proven experience managing and developing creative talent and fostering team culture.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic brand thinking and visual execution.
- High level of craft and taste across digital, identity systems, and brand experience.
- Fluency in brand-as-system, including design systems and versioned asset management.
- Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills with product marketing and design teams.
- Deep understanding of how to build credibility with a technical and developer audience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead brand evolution through significant stage changes.
- Strong leadership style focused on trust, clarity, and growth of senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Own Render's brand strategy and positioning in partnership with product marketing and executive leadership.
- Set and uphold the creative vision across marketing sites, events, social, brand, and product touchpoints.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a founding team of senior brand designers.
- Build brand as a system by creating guidelines, asset libraries, and marketing design systems.
- Shape prioritization and delivery processes for creative work to maintain high quality during rapid growth.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering leadership on key company moments including launches and fundraising.
