Requirements
- PhD, MD, PharmD, DO or other recognized doctorate level education.
- Minimum of 3 years MSL experience (5 years preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years post-professional degree practice or relevant transferrable experience (e.g., clinical, academic, research).
- Expertise in neuromodulators (botulinum toxin/neurotoxins/movement disorders) preferred.
- High scientific and clinical acumen with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Well-developed organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel > 50% (including overnight/weekend travel).
- Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with international, national, regional, local, and emerging medical/scientific Thought Leaders (TLs) and academic centers.
- Act as a liaison for TLs to align mutual interests, discuss research, and facilitate clinical research with investigational products.
- Engage in scientific exchange and education regarding botulinum toxin use in movement disorders.
- Identify and communicate medical/scientific insights and trends relevant to the competitive landscape and stakeholder needs.
- Develop and maintain Revance product knowledge and stay updated on emerging science and medical trends.
- Represent the company at medical congresses, advisory boards, and roundtable discussions.
- Lead congress planning efforts for select events.
- Support commercial operations by participating in TL Speaker and internal stakeholder training.
