Experience: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform.

U.S. Citizenship.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3+ years of experience focused on the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Experience supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies).
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM plus at least one additional workflow module (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, or custom apps).
Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps).
Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio or LucidChart).

Facilitate client-facing workshops and discovery sessions to document business requirements.
Convert mission needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum.
Perform gap assessments between legacy workflows and ServiceNow capabilities.
Partner with Agile Coaches to document delivery processes and SOPs.
Manage backlog quality and ensure adherence to the Definition of Ready.
Mentor junior team members on federal domain context and platform best practices.
Build process maps, workflow diagrams, and data models.
Ensure designs conform to Section 508 and FISMA/NIST security controls.
Lead UAT planning, test script authoring, and execution.
Produce federal-standard documentation including SOPs and training materials.
