Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience focused on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies).
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM plus at least one additional workflow module (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, or custom apps).
- Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio or LucidChart).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client-facing workshops and discovery sessions to document business requirements.
- Convert mission needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum.
- Perform gap assessments between legacy workflows and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Partner with Agile Coaches to document delivery processes and SOPs.
- Manage backlog quality and ensure adherence to the Definition of Ready.
- Mentor junior team members on federal domain context and platform best practices.
- Build process maps, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Ensure designs conform to Section 508 and FISMA/NIST security controls.
- Lead UAT planning, test script authoring, and execution.
- Produce federal-standard documentation including SOPs and training materials.
