Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Proven experience in the federal contracting space (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other major workflow (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, or Custom Applications).
- Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools for process mapping.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate high-level business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum.
- Conduct gap analysis between legacy processes and ServiceNow Out of the Box functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to design technically feasible solutions.
- Review user stories for accuracy and alignment with the Definition of Ready.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts on federal domain constraints and best practices.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and data models to visualize service delivery.
- Ensure solution designs adhere to federal standards like Section 508 and FISMA/NIST.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create federal-grade documentation.
