Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or a related function.
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and business teams in a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and procurement systems experience (e.g., Workday, Ironclad, or similar platforms).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition through contract execution, ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing processes.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, vendor negotiations, and contract management to drive cost savings and maximise business value.
- Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with financial and operational objectives.
- Drive procurement transformation through process redesign, workflow optimisation, automation, and policy enhancements.
- Expand spend under management, improve procurement cycle times, and strengthen governance while reducing off-contract and maverick spend.
