Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of successful Call Center or Medical facility experience preferred.
  • At least one year of successful Hospitality Industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with a call volume of 80+ calls per day preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Computer literate with ability to navigate new software.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer multiple line phone system.
  • Transfer calls quickly and accurately.
  • Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members.
  • Utilize voice mail and paging system.
  • Assist clients with direction to network hospitals.
  • Troubleshoot problem calls.
  • Understand the appointment scheduler program for exams and procedures.
  • Answer general veterinary information questions regarding the hospitals.
  • Inform and assist clients on navigating and using our website.
