Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of successful Call Center or Medical facility experience preferred.
- At least one year of successful Hospitality Industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with a call volume of 80+ calls per day preferred.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Computer literate with ability to navigate new software.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required.
Responsibilities
- Answer multiple line phone system.
- Transfer calls quickly and accurately.
- Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members.
- Utilize voice mail and paging system.
- Assist clients with direction to network hospitals.
- Troubleshoot problem calls.
- Understand the appointment scheduler program for exams and procedures.
- Answer general veterinary information questions regarding the hospitals.
- Inform and assist clients on navigating and using our website.
