Requirements

- Track record of managing 6- to 7-figure paid social budgets.
- Strong focus on conversion-driven campaigns and achieving profitable growth.
- Expertise in campaign planning, management, and scaling on Facebook and Instagram.
- Deep understanding of tracking, attribution modeling, and KPI-based decision-making.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and conduct deep-dive reporting.
- Understanding of creative performance impacts and ability to build data-driven hypotheses.
- Strong communication skills for client consulting and presenting complex data-backed arguments.
- Analytical mindset combined with technical understanding of eCommerce business metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hands-on team.
Responsibilities
- Manage 6- to 7-figure paid social budgets across multiple brands with a focus on profitable growth.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies covering the entire marketing funnel from ad impression to purchase.
- Concept, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok to ensure both short-term performance and long-term scalability.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and shop data (e.g., Conversion Rates, CAC, MER) to optimize creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Create and interpret reports using tools like DatAds to derive actionable insights.
- Advise clients on performance, tracking, and eCommerce topics while presenting strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop hypothesis-driven briefings aligned with performance goals.
- Iterate systematically through testing new approaches and scaling winning strategies based on KPIs.
