Requirements
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong experience building a culture of automation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working within a managed service provider environment delivering 24x7 services.
- Strong understanding of multi-datacentre architecture, WAN connectivity, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience owning change management, problem management, and SLA/KPI reporting.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, compliance, and resilience in operations.
- Experience with OpenStack networking and Linux-based networking technologies.
- Experience with modern network security approaches.
- Experience working with strategic technology partners like Cisco, Canonical, or NVIDIA.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP or RHCE are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, engineering, and lifecycle of cloud platforms and services.
- Lead Cloud Engineering and Network teams to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure.
- Maintain accountability for multi-tenant platforms, ensuring SLAs and compliance are met.
- Lead network engineering and datacentre strategy across all facilities.
- Manage the strategy and operation of enterprise tools including ITSM, CRM, and DevOps platforms.
- Drive the adoption of open-source ecosystems including Canonical, Ubuntu, and OpenStack.
- Own strategic vendor relationships across cloud, SaaS, and hardware partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support solution development and customer engagements.
