Requirements
- 1-2 cycles of experience as an organizer working with field tools.
- Knowledge of texting and dialing tools or telephony industry experience (e.g., phone number registrations).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software.
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Drive, and email ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environments.
- Commitment to progressive values.
- High bias towards follow-through and commitment management.
- Ability to work a campaign-driven, multi-phase schedule through November 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Utilize and manage HubSpot to resolve tickets from Scale to Win clients.
- Iterate and build upon client response channels to ensure inquiry resolution within 15 minutes.
- Develop emails and canned responses to ensure high-quality client communication standards.
- Provide technical support using deep knowledge of company tools and the telephony industry.
- Conduct one-on-one and group client onboarding and training sessions over Zoom.
- Design and improve training materials to address identified knowledge gaps.
- Support Client Success Managers with phone registrations, triage, and project work.
