Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience with data migrations for complex ERP implementations, preferably in M&A environments.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in SQL (queries, scripting, stored procedures).
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, conversions, source-to-target mappings, and testing.
- Extensive experience with ETL tools (ADF, DMF/DIXF, KingswaySoft, eOne SmartConnect, TIBCO Scribe).
- Expertise in multicurrency financial data reconciliation.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and coaching technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the ERP Data Migration workstream within the M&A integration program.
- Define and execute end-to-end data migration strategies for complex ERP integrations.
- Manage a team of approximately 10 employees and contractors.
- Design, build, and oversee ETL processes from legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Execute mock conversions, cutover planning, and production migrations.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation and reconciliation processes.
