Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Budget planning and performance optimization expertise.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and conduct A/B testing across creatives and campaign elements.
- Build and manage B2B lead generation campaigns targeting schools and enterprise clients.
- Configure and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor and optimize advertising budgets against CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI targets.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
