- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and conduct A/B testing across creatives and campaign elements.
- Build and manage B2B lead generation campaigns targeting schools and enterprise clients.
- Configure and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor and optimize advertising budgets against CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI targets.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
