Requirements
- High school graduate or holder of an equivalent degree.
- 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
- Experience using CRM and sales software, specifically Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful discovery questions.
- Ability to work in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable spending prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Capable of sustained phone-based outreach.
Responsibilities
- Make at least 70 cold outbound calls per day to potential customers.
- Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, and text to qualify churches and nonprofits.
- Schedule 1-2 in-person or Zoom appointments daily between prospects and Account Executives.
- Prospect 5-10 accounts daily while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
- Blueprint accounts with accurate contact information for target influencers and key decision makers.
- Invite church leaders to webinars, events, and other educational experiences.
