Requirements
- Substantial experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React with strong front-end craft.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI features using LLMs.
- Comfortable with retrieval (RAG), embeddings, prompt/context engineering, and agentic/tool-calling patterns.
- Strong point of view on reliability, evaluation, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Fluency with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Full-stack capabilities with experience owning the end-to-end development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to own production outcomes, including monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Strong written communication skills for a fully remote, document-driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in small, cross-functional project teams.
- Customer-fluent mindset with the ability to translate customer signals into product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing AI features across the full stack, including LLM-backed flows, retrieval (RAG), and agentic tool-calling.
- Build evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring into AI features to ensure measurable production quality.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and reliable user interfaces for AI-assistive features.
- Stay close to customer needs by participating in support rotations, watching session recordings, and joining customer calls.
- Own product outcomes by instrumenting metrics, analyzing dashboard performance post-ship, and iterating based on results.
- Partner with PMs and designers to co-author solutions and shape product strategy.
- Ensure production readiness by managing automation, reliability, logging, and alerting from the start.
- Utilize AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code in daily development workflows.
- Participate in interviewing future teammates to support company growth.
