Requirements
- Substantial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven track record building production-grade features with LLMs.
- Comfortable with RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic/tool-calling patterns.
- Fluency with modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Demonstrated ability to own the full software development lifecycle including production support.
- Experience with product instrumentation, dashboarding, and outcome-based development.
- Strong written communication skills for remote, asynchronous collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively across different team compositions.
- High level of craft and attention to detail in interface development.
Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing AI features across the full stack.
- Build LLM-backed flows, retrieval (RAG), and agentic tool-calling with a well-crafted UI.
- Implement evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring to ensure production-grade AI quality.
- Maintain high front-end standards including responsiveness, streaming states, and accessibility.
- Engage with customers directly via support escalations and call participation to shape solutions.
- Define and track outcome metrics to drive product strategy and iterations.
- Take full ownership of production readiness, including logging, alerting, and observability.
- Collaborate with Talent team to interview and hire future engineers.
