Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth, ideally within B2B SaaS, tech, or fitness.
  • Deep understanding of paid media metrics, including hook rates, hold rates, CTR, and CPA.
  • Proven ability to turn data into creative direction.
  • Track record of writing exceptionally clear briefs for design or motion artists.
  • Sharp pulse on trending native content formats across TikTok, Instagram, and X.
  • High ownership and ability to manage strategic angles and operational pipelines.
  • Proactive operator comfortable with creator sourcing and asset handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, developing a regular brief cadence across Meta, Youtube, and TikTok.
  • Translate performance data, like hook rates, hold rates, and CTR, into clear, actionable briefs for our design and motion team.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and talent to ensure authentic, platform-native content.
  • Build a systematic testing roadmap across formats like static, video, carousels, and hooks to drive acquisition efficiency.
