Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience profitably managing $50k+ in monthly paid ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional data skills with a proven track record of hitting strict CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Proficiency with attribution frameworks like Meta Pixel or Conversions API.
  • Strong instincts for user psychology combined with experience evaluating and directing ad creative.
  • Proactive execution capability, moving from briefs to daily optimizations with autonomy.
  • Ability to monitor and report on key performance metrics daily.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, owning budgets, targeting, and bidding strategy.
  • Partner with our Creative Strategist and design team to test high-velocity ad creatives.
  • Monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, and hook rates daily to aggressively cut underperformers and scale winners.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to communicate clear ROAS, CAC, and attribution insights directly to leadership.
  • Build automated workflows and alerts using tools like Revealbot or AI features to optimize campaign health.
