Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment setting experience (field or virtual sales)
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Ability to commit to at least 35 hours weekly
- Reliable home office setup including a high-speed computer (no Google Chromebooks) and headset
- Strong internet connection
- Proven confidence handling objections
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects (no cold calling)
- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the CRM
- Overcome objections to maintain high conversion rates
