Requirements
- 1–2 years minimum experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling.
- Neutral American or Canadian accent.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar power dialer/CRM systems.
- Ability to make 400+ dials per day.
- Personal familiarity with med spa or aesthetic treatments.
- Reliable and consistent with attendance.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Must provide your own laptop.
- Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Willing to cover weekend shifts on a staggered rotation.
Responsibilities
- Make 400+ dials per day using a power dialer system.
- Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission.
- Cycle through older uncontacted leads after calling fresh leads.
- Manage leads for up to 3 clients simultaneously.
- Book qualified appointments for med spa and aesthetics clients.
- Confirm appointments via text and calls to reduce no-show rates.
- Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Track and report daily KPIs including dials, contacts, and appointments booked.
