Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or outreach experience (preferred)
- Comfortable talking to small business owners and professionals on the phone
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organized and consistent—you follow through without needing to be micromanaged
- You love helping people take action and aren’t afraid of hearing “no”
- Excited about entrepreneurship and making a difference in people’s lives
- Tech-comfortable (you’ll use a CRM, call system, and messaging tools)
- Coachable and open to feedback—you’re always improving
Responsibilities
- Call and text warm leads using provided scripts and tools
- Follow up with prospects who have shown past interest but haven’t booked
- Qualify leads based on simple criteria and book appointments for our Advisors
- Keep CRM data updated and organized
- Attend weekly check-ins and performance reviews with the sales team
- Track outreach and show-up rates to continuously improve results
- Communicate with your team lead on wins, blockers, and opportunities
