Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment setting experience (field or virtual sales).
- Proven confidence in handling objections.
- Must reside and work in the United States.
- Ability to commit to at least 35 hours weekly.
- High-speed computer (laptop) and high-speed internet (no Google Chromebooks).
- Reliable headset.
- Ability to follow sales scripts and processes.
- Experience in outbound calling rather than only inbound or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects regarding estate and asset protection.
- Follow established scripts and processes to secure appointments for licensed sales agents.
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the CRM.
- Overcome objections to maintain high conversion rates.
- Commit to at least 35 hours weekly.
