Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare.
- Minimum 2 years experience in value-based care, population health management, or physician enablement.
- Minimum 6 years people management experience.
- Strong understanding of risk-bearing models such as ACOs, MSSP, or Medicare Advantage global risk.
- Proven ability to distill complex managed care terminology and payment structures into clear business prose.
- Expertise in managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder cross-functional projects.
- High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using enterprise project management and data visualization tools.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing physician enablement organization preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM launch blueprints for all new and renewing value-based care contracts.
- Build and lead a high-performing team by setting priorities and driving accountability.
- Construct implementation timelines, milestones, and operational workflows for payer contracts.
- Manage cross-functional tracking dashboards using project management platforms like Monday.com or Salesforce.
- Author market-specific Payer Snapshots and sales enablement collateral for field teams.
- Partner with Analytics, Outreach, and Provider Networks to align execution across workstreams.
- Create and implement training programs for field teams regarding new payer products.
- Establish market feedback mechanisms to identify and resolve physician friction points.
- Establish KPIs and reporting to track enrollment growth and adjust launch strategies.
