Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, window functions, and large-scale data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines independently, from ingestion to reporting.
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools, with Tableau strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity.
- Must be able to sit for long periods and handle extended screen time.
- Ability to explain complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models from the data lake for financial forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop, launch, and maintain automated, executive-ready BI dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Data Engineering, and Product teams to align disparate data sources into a single source of truth for Finance.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used for board meetings, investor relations, and regulatory reporting.
