- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations is an asset.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, or 3PL systems is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of inbound shipments from suppliers to the 3PL warehouse, including documentation and scheduling.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact with the 3PL partner for receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory inquiries.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively communicate status updates or delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records between internal systems and 3PL platforms with basic reconciliation support.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Troubleshoot shipping errors, damages, or fulfillment discrepancies.
- Support warehouse scheduling, seasonal volume planning, and product launch readiness.
