Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics (trucking, warehouses).
- Experience in providing sales and operations support.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual, home-based environment.
- Experience in international trading is an asset.
- CITT or education in supply chain is an asset.
- Familiarity with chemical products, Hazmat, GHS, EPA, or FDA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage full order-handling process including import, shipment coordination, customs clearing, Hazmat compliance, document handling and delivery.
- Maintain daily contact with sales teams, accounting, customers, brokers, and logistics firms.
- Authorize supplier payments and invoices.
- Manage and ensure compliance with domestic and international rules governing shipments.
