Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an Associate degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional writing and research skills with the ability to synthesize information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience managing SharePoint repositories, including folder structures and permissions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
- Prior experience working under a government contract is preferred.
- Basic data analysis skills are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services area is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain operational tracking logs and reports in Excel and Smartsheet.
- Manage consultant paperwork and project mailboxes.
- Complete travel authorization requests ensuring alignment with internal policies.
- Maintain shared repositories in SharePoint and Teams with version control.
- Review and synthesize audit documentation for compliance with federal standards.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerApps to create client audit reports.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on reports prior to submission.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and oversee project timelines and schedules.
- Document SOPs and streamline workflows to improve process efficiency.
- Provide onboarding and operational training to new team members.
