Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.
- 7-10 years of experience in the transmission field designing/managing projects and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation.
- Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety policies.
- Ability to travel to client offices, field sites, or vendor facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project execution plans.
- Conduct project meetings to track deliverables and coordinate with clients.
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support resource forecasting.
- Provide technical mentorship to staff and contribute to business development.
