Requirements
- 5+ years of strategy, BizOps, corporate development, or related operating experience.
- Prior top-tier management consulting experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems through to execution.
- Deep analytical and financial-modeling strength.
- High level of autonomy and ability to operate without heavy structure.
- Confident communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on operational experience with financial models and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead critical strategy workstreams, including investment decisions, product line modeling, and licensing.
- Drive corporate development by leading M&A diligence and building acquisition theses.
- Manage investor-relations strategy and execution.
- Take ownership of cross-enterprise operational issues with no clear owner.
- Lead initiatives to build synergy and economies of scale across the company portfolio.
- Support international expansion through market selection and entry strategy.
