Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or market research.
- Bachelors degree required (Masters degree preferred).
- Academic coursework in business, international relations, economics, or statistics.
- Fluency in other languages, aside from English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Analytical mindset with quantitative experience.
- Experience living or working in an emerging market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose root issues underlying client challenges.
- Lead the development of interview guides and research outlines.
- Collect, structure, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Produce well-supported, actionable client recommendations.
- Lead parts of project check-ins and communicate proactively with clients.
- Collaborate on proposals and translate client needs into project narratives.
- Manage project timelines and anticipate planning risks.
- Organize team trainings and support team development goals.
