Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Consulting, or a related client-facing leadership role.
  • Background within an agency, media, or martech environment.
  • Proven experience managing commercial health, profitability, and organic growth of high-value portfolios.
  • Ability to analyze macro market trends and provide strategic business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership to drive accountability across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for building trust with senior brand executives.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or Google Cloud ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience leading digital transformation programs within global brands (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and automated collaboration tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Serve as a primary strategic advisor to address complex business challenges.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate account risks to ensure stability.
  • Develop long-term account strategies and roadmaps to drive financial health and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across Incubeta's solutions.
  • Lead and mobilize cross-functional delivery teams across project management, creative, data, and media disciplines.
  • Develop success stories and case studies to fuel sales and marketing efforts.
