Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or scientific discipline (e.g., engineering, computer science, psychology); Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in clinical trials or healthcare settings.
- Proven ability to launch SaaS features/products on web and mobile platforms in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong conceptual understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud-based systems handling sensitive data.
- Experience using Agile/Software management tools like JIRA.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as 21 CFR, GxP, and GDPR.
- Understanding of fundamental machine learning and AI concepts.
- Experience in customer-facing product research, conceptualization, and development.
- Relevant product management or project management certifications (AIPMM, PMP, Agile, SAFe) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the identification, definition, and benchmarking of clinical trials products and services.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including replacement and phase-out strategies.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature-level KPIs.
- Conduct market and end-user research through interviews and focus groups to identify unmet needs.
- Translate customer requirements into feasible product features by collaborating with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product Development, and QA/QC teams throughout software engineering cycles.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope, progress, and delivery timelines.
