- 8-10+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation role.
- Experience in a B2B and/or tech company.
- Proven ability to report on performance metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Expertise in end-to-end, lifecycle, sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Experience generating and stewarding strategic briefs.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Digital Content Marketing.
- Knowledge of Social Media and SEO strategies.
- Experience with integrated marketing and sales lead flow.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of strategy, development, execution, and optimization for full-funnel global campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to activate campaigns and achieve business outcomes.
- Develop detailed creative briefs including design direction, copywriting, targets, segmentation, and content goals.
- Support the development of campaign outreach strategies by audience and segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including PMM, Analytics, MOPs, Brand, Creative, and Field Marketing.
- Measure, report on, and socialize campaign results and insights with business partners.
- Standardize planning, execution, and reporting processes across the organization.
