  • Experience in a B2B and/or tech company.
  • Proven ability to report on performance metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in end-to-end, lifecycle, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience generating and stewarding strategic briefs.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Digital Content Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Social Media and SEO strategies.
  • Experience with integrated marketing and sales lead flow.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of strategy, development, execution, and optimization for full-funnel global campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to activate campaigns and achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs including design direction, copywriting, targets, segmentation, and content goals.
  • Support the development of campaign outreach strategies by audience and segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including PMM, Analytics, MOPs, Brand, Creative, and Field Marketing.
  • Measure, report on, and socialize campaign results and insights with business partners.
  • Standardize planning, execution, and reporting processes across the organization.
