Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or program management.
  • Proven experience in DTC, eCommerce, or dropshipping industries.
  • Proven track record managing 10+ concurrent projects with zero drop-off.
  • Mastery of ClickUp or similar project management systems.
  • Experience building and managing dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Proven ability to manage large marketing teams and 20+ stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Ability to operate independently and set own project paths.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-obsessed and proactive with relentless follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, and brand channels.
  • Build and maintain project plans, calendars, and dashboards in ClickUp to track throughput and deadlines.
  • Track and enforce completion of meeting action items.
  • Build and manage performance dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, ensuring assets and approvals flow smoothly.
  • Manage the asset/content pipeline from request to launch.
  • Act as a central liaison across finance, ops, and product departments.
  • Document and improve SOPs and workflows to increase operational speed.
  • Track marketing budgets and resources.
  • Conduct post-mortems after major campaigns to evaluate results.
