Requirements

  • Master’s degree in healthcare policy, public health, healthcare administration, public administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in healthcare policy, Medicaid/Medicare strategy, or public-sector healthcare consulting.
  • Professional experience with Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, D-SNPs, state waivers, CMMI priorities, and value-based care.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct policy analysis, Medicaid landscape research, and public funding analysis.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex policy information into executive-ready insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze federal and state policy changes and assess implications for company growth strategy, care models, and product roadmaps.
  • Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline for public-sector initiatives, including RFPs, RFIs, and state funding opportunities.
  • Conduct policy-informed market research on Medicaid, Medicare, D-SNP, rural health, behavioral health, and value-based care trends.
  • Coordinate RHTP and related public funding workstreams as a project manager, tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate the New Concept Incubator process to evaluate new technology products, care models, and service innovations.
  • Support proposal development by preparing policy summaries, market context, and regulatory feasibility analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate policy insights into positioning and solution design.
