Requirements
- Proven experience in content management, editorial coordination, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working with freelance contributors and managing remote workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different markets and time zones.
- Strong communication skills for an international, cross-cultural environment.
- Experience with project management tools, specifically Asana.
- Experience using CMS platforms.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for freelance writers across multiple GEOs, managing assignments, deadlines, and feedback.
- Maintain the Asana board to ensure task statuses, deadlines, briefs, and assignments are accurate and updated.
- Recruit and onboard new freelancers, providing training on guidelines and workflow expectations.
- Process and track freelancer invoices for accuracy and timely submission to finance.
- Conduct keyword research and tailor content briefs to match specific GEOs and target keywords.
- Review content for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and structural adherence before final publishing handoff.
- Coordinate with the Content team to address keyword priorities and content gaps.
- Contribute to process improvement by suggesting workflow enhancements or new tools.
