- Demonstrated career exposure in strategic finance or special projects with the CFO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear narratives and teachings.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellence in research and writing ability.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multicultural global team.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at large-scale engagements.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content.
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and provide actionable approaches to client needs.
- Analyze and identify the root cause of client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategy.
- Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights.
- Deliver high-value presentation materials for events, conferences, and client briefings.
- Support BTI and Sales teams by serving as a voice of the market.
- Perform high-quality and timely content peer review.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
