Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management.
  • Fluency in German (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of B2G (business-to-government) sales environments.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and structure sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparent expectations.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to contribute own ideas.
  • Experience with SaaS products is highly desirable.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is considered a plus.
  • Experience working with public authorities/government bodies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies for effective lead generation, faster conversion, and targeted upselling.
  • Conduct full-cycle sales activities including cold calling, product demonstrations, and deal closing.
  • Manage and respond to lead inquiries across all channels.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry trade fairs and events.
  • Maintain all sales data and activities within HubSpot CRM.
  • Adjust sales forecasts based on current market developments and performance.
