Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and sales management.
- Fluency in German (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of B2G (business-to-government) sales environments.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and structure sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparent expectations.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to contribute own ideas.
- Experience with SaaS products is highly desirable.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is considered a plus.
- Experience working with public authorities/government bodies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies for effective lead generation, faster conversion, and targeted upselling.
- Conduct full-cycle sales activities including cold calling, product demonstrations, and deal closing.
- Manage and respond to lead inquiries across all channels.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze and report on competitor activity and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs and events.
- Maintain all sales data and activities within HubSpot CRM.
- Adjust sales forecasts based on current market developments and performance.
