Requirements
- Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
- Fluent in German at a minimum C2 level.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Confident phone presence and experience leading meetings with prospects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and resilience.
- Growth mindset with an openness to feedback and coaching.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Create new sales opportunities and upsell existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to product demonstration and closing.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
- Prepare accurate quotes and develop proposals for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts to balance optimal service value with profit margins.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
- Provide product feedback to the Product Team based on client insights.
- Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
