Requirements

  • Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
  • Fluent in German at a minimum C2 level.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Confident phone presence and experience leading meetings with prospects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • Growth mindset with an openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Create new sales opportunities and upsell existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to product demonstration and closing.
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and develop proposals for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts to balance optimal service value with profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide product feedback to the Product Team based on client insights.
  • Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
