Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise deal strategy, commercial enablement, or complex pursuit roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal structure.
- Financial and commercial fluency with ability to evaluate deal health and structure.
- Excellent executive communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Proven credibility across Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Practical, fact-based execution capabilities.
- Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and commercial intensity.
Responsibilities
- Engage early in major pursuits to refine opportunity framing and validate value hypotheses.
- Partner with Account Directors to align customer needs, solution design, and pricing strategy.
- Drive clarity around deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and key decision sequences.
- Analyze deal economics, margin integrity, and contract structure with Finance and Offer Management.
- Identify commercial risks early and recommend changes to protect profitability.
- Coordinate internal and external executive involvement in major pursuits.
- Develop concise briefing materials and customer narratives to communicate transformation value.
- Facilitate progress reviews focused on execution and outcomes.
