Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Mastery of SQL, including window functions and performance tuning.
- Deep proficiency in Python for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Proven track record of building executive-grade dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Expert knowledge of probability, regression modeling, and causal inference.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex, multi-month projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with e-commerce and Shopify is a plus.
- Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience leading individuals or teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable data models and schemas.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define the long-term evolution of the data platform.
- Synthesize complex, multi-layered analyses into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership.
- Identify and scope high-value analytical projects that move the needle on core North Star metrics.
- Lead the design and analysis of complex A/B and multivariate tests.
- Standardize analytical workflows, including SQL coding standards and automation of reporting suites.
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for Associate and Mid-level analysts, conducting code reviews.
